Responsibilities
Chocolate & Pastry Production
Paints, shells, fills, and caps chocolates with precision and consistency.
Assists the Pastry Chef in preparing breads, lunch, and dinner desserts.
Supports preparation of savory dish components as needed.
Ensures all items are produced according to recipes, guidelines, and chef standards.
Conducts quality control checks on all components before they leave the kitchen.
