Sourcing Associate (Hardlines)

3-5+ years related experience preferably in specialty retail or consumer products

Exposure to Sourcing & Production of multiple product categories

Proven track record of effectively communicating with manufacturers

Ability to manage multiple SKU\u2019s and timelines in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work collaboratively with multiple design and development partners, a team player

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $72,000 - 92,000 annually. \u200BCompensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate\u2019s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards Package

that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives.

Sourcing and Product Compliance

Assist/Manage the merchandise sourcing & production of select product categories (Hardlines) for Funko in partnership with the Sourcing Manager

Partner on vendor strategy, product costing/placement, manage vendor communication and production management related to designated product categories

Responsible for ensuring products meet established standards for safety and quality including monitoring quarterly Product Review Requests with product integrity partners
