The salary range for this role is $20.00 - $60.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An individual’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, other incentive compensation, or equity award, subject to company plan eligibility criteria and individual performance.
Responsibilities
As a co-op in Biobank Operations, you will support Moderna’s biorepository team by ensuring the quality, integrity, and efficiency of biospecimen handling and storage.
This co-op offers hands-on experience in sample lifecycle management, laboratory automation, and digital systems within a regulated biotech environment.
Located at our Norwood, MA facility, this lab-based role directly supports clinical trials and long-term sample management initiatives that advance Moderna’s mission.
Assist in managing biospecimen intake, documentation, storage, and distribution in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Utilize LabVantage Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to support accurate sample tracking and lifecycle management.
Support automation and robotics workflows used for sample reformatting, storage, and retrieval.
