3–5 years of account management experience in CPG or a related industry.
Experience with McKesson and regional drug customers preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong understanding of cosmetics, consumer packaged goods, or related industries.
Advanced negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Customer Business Planning
Develops, implements, and monitors annual customer business plans aligned to Revlon Canada’s strategic priorities.
Translates consumer insights, POS trends, and customer strategies into actionable business initiatives.
Tracks performance to plan, identifies gaps, and recommends corrective actions.
Creates contingency plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on incremental opportunities.
