Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Must be punctual.

Detail-oriented and organized yet adaptable and able to quickly prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain an orderly and welcoming reception area and clean conference rooms.

Organize, maintain, and keep office common areas, including the kitchens, neat and sufficiently stocked.

Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and receiving.

Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring the logbook, and issuing loaner badges.

Manage the inventory and assist with the purchasing and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.  Coordinate with building maintenance staff and service vendors.

Responsible for organizing and helping to run regular company events, communicating with vendors, and securing food and supplies.
