Compensation & Benefits

The expected OTE range for this role is $185,320 - $231,650. The starting wage will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. The OTE figure listed here includes base salary and commissions, which may or may not be earned depending on performance.  Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.

Responsibilities

The Startups Partnership team is a core growth engine at Brex, playing a pivotal role in driving top-of-funnel leads to the team and expanding our market footprint. In this role, you will be focused on expanding our presence within the Y combinator ecosystem by building strong relationships, cultivating partnerships from the ground up, seamlessly integrating new partners into our ecosystem, and consistently hitting targets by transforming these connections into a steady stream of client referrals. Identify, cultivate, and deepen relationships with YC partners, staff, and founders

Craft and implement tailored go-to-market strategies for each partner
