Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience, with 3+ years post-MBA experience in high-impact strategy (product/corporate), top-tier management consulting, product management, growth, or investment banking roles.
Deep, demonstrable understanding of complex B2B SaaS business models and value drivers.

Responsibilities
Architect Strategic Vision:
Collaborate with VP+ level stakeholders across Product Management, Product Marketing, Finance, Corporate Development, and GTM teams to architect and drive next-generation business strategies for the product portfolio. Critically, you will assess the disruptive potential and strategic implications of emerging AI technologies on the Identity Security market and Okta’s competitive positioning.
End-to-End Strategy Ownership:
Own the entire strategic lifecycle: from hypothesis development, rigorous market research and competitive intelligence, opportunity sizing, financial impact modeling, and formulation of high-impact, actionable recommendations, through to X-functional alignment at the executive level.
Accelerate New Product Innovation:
Jointly develop and execute granular, driver-based growth plans for new product innovation in partnership with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales leadership.
