Requirements
Required:
5+ years of experience in RCM sales, account management, or healthcare consulting.
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, closing large enterprise deals, and managing complex sales cycles.
Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle workflows including patient access, coding, billing, AR, denials management, and analytics.
Experience building and executing partner/channel sales programs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills - An excellent fluent level of English is required.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Account Director
to drive growth for value-driven approach for LGI’s Automation Agent business, with a particular emphasis Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) business, focusing on both direct sales and strategic partnerships. This role will be pivotal in developing go-to-market strategies, managing high-value client relationships, and cultivating strong alliances with channel partners. You will serve as a leader in the commercial organization, contributing directly to top-line revenue and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and close for RCM services.
