The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
Responsibilities
The Head of Sales is responsible for leading the company’s revenue strategy and ensuring consistent, profitable growth.
This individual manages the sales team, maintains a disciplined and accurate sales pipeline, and drives accountability for forecast accuracy, margin performance, and annual revenue targets.
The Head of Sales is a member of the Leadership Team and plays a key role in shaping commercial strategy, strengthening key customer relationships, and developing a high-performing sales organization.
Drive annual revenue growth across the sales team, targeting a minimum 15% increase per representative
Ensure sufficient pipeline coverage to achieve revenue targets
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans
Team
Ensure opportunities are properly qualified, updated, and progressed through the pipeline
Review weekly forecast versus actual performance and address variances
Approve quarterly forecasts for top customer accounts
Ensure targeted prospecting efforts support future pipeline growth
Margin & Profitability Oversight
Ensure pricing discipline across all sales activities
