Collect/validate VOE/VOI/VOA, credit supplements, title, insurance, clear stipulations quickly.

Order/track third-party reports; maintain milestone accuracy in LOS.

Prepare clean handoff to Closing with zero critical defects.

Coordinate and schedule all mortgage loan closings and obtain all payoffs and required documentation to complete the file.\u00A0 Provide required information to Closing team by established deadline.

Maintain strong, positive partnerships with Sales management, Loan Originators, Underwriters, Closers and Title companies.
