Requirements

Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and methodologies to measure impact, generate insights, and refine strategy.

Responsibilities

PatientPoint is seeking a seasoned Social Media Manager to serve as the company’s senior digital communications expert.

Reporting directly to the VP of Corporate Communications, this leader will design and direct social media strategies that elevate PatientPoint’s reputation, amplify executive and brand visibility, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Executive & Organizational Counsel:

Advise and counsel leaders, teams, and the broader organization on how to strategically leverage social media to strengthen corporate reputation, expand executive visibility, and advance PatientPoint’s leadership in healthcare.

Enterprise Social Strategy:

Execute a comprehensive social media vision that positions PatientPoint as an innovative category leader across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and emerging platforms.
