Responsibilities
The Market Leader is a leadership role responsible for driving operational sales, achieving budget targets, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
The Market Leader ensures that clients and colleagues of all backgrounds feel valued and supported while working to deliver innovative solutions that address their unique needs.
Aligned with the sub-regional strategy, the Market Leader will establish sales performance and growth expectations while leading efforts in training, coaching, and sales pipeline management to ensure consistency and best practices.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for professional services, ensuring an inclusive and equitable approach to client engagement and growth.
Establish credibility with clients by demonstrating expertise, integrity, and a commitment to ethical and inclusive business practices.
Ensure fair and transparent profitability goals are met for assigned clients and projects.
