Requirements
You have 2-3 years’ experience in CRM or campaign production (email/SMS/WhatsApp), ideally in music or consumer-facing industries.
You have hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
You have working knowledge of HTML/CSS/SQL.
You are comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
You are proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
You have experience with project management software (Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, Trello).
Responsibilities
The Junior Manager, Fan Engagement (LA) will play a key role in delivering Warner Music Group’s CRM and direct-to-fan campaigns across email and mobile channels. As part of the Global Marketing team, this role supports the execution of high-volume campaigns that connect artists directly with their fans worldwide.
The role requires hands-on CRM and email production experience, attention to detail and a passion for music marketing. Working closely with label stakeholders and the global Fan Engagement team, the Junior Manager will ensure campaigns are built, tested and deployed to the highest standard, while contributing to best practices that make WMG’s direct-to-fan marketing more effective.
