Requirements
Minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on electrical construction experience in commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or comparable electrical environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, develop, evaluate, and hold accountable a team of direct reports.
Experience with electrical prefabrication, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale electrical construction.

Responsibilities
Partner with Operations, Field Leadership, Human Resources, Recruiting, and Workforce Development to coordinate cohort scheduling, enrollment, workforce planning, and successful transition of graduates into field operations.
Maintain accurate program documentation, attendance records, trainee evaluations, certifications, assessment results, and performance metrics while ensuring compliance with company policies and Registered Apprenticeship Program requirements.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the continued growth and success of the Training & Workforce Development department.
