15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles at the Director level and above

Experience leading accounting functions in global, multi-entity organizations

Proven track record of scaling accounting teams, processes, and systems in high-growth environments

Experience managing cash and treasury operations, including ownership of 13-week cash flow forecasting

Strong NetSuite experience in a multi-subsidiary environment

Experience in e-commerce and/or consumer products, including inventory and manufacturing accounting

Compensation & Benefits

$250,000 - $275,000

per year base salary, dependent on experience

An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role

Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan

Responsibilities

Ruggable is seeking an accomplished and strategic VP, Corporate Controller to own and scale its global accounting function.

This role will play a critical part in evolving the accounting organization, processes, and systems to support the company’s next phase of growth.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role owns end-to-end global controllership operations, including financial close, external reporting, technical accounting, and cash and treasury operations.

Lead global accounting operations and own the preparation and delivery of accurate, timely monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and applicable local accounting standards.

Own and continuously improve the monthly close process, driving increased speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Own accounting for inventory and cost of goods sold, including standard costing, reserves, and cross-functional alignment with Operations.
