2+ years litigation or other relevant business operations experience

Provide superior customer service, demonstrating sound logic and judgment

Assist with claims and litigation in federal, state, and local jurisdictions

Monitor claims and litigation matters and maintain status and tracking of same in various databases, which include: Serengeti, iManage, and other identified tool i.e.

Assist with third party subpoenas and information requests including review, investigation, and timely production of responsive documents

Assist with bankruptcy related claims and litigation, including investigation, drafting, and timely preparation of proofs of claim

Support and build relationships between legal and other corporate departments, distribution centers, and stores

Research and draft responses to legal questions
