Responsibilities
Creates and reviews test technology local work instructions
Supports: - test equipment and test tools development (design, test modules, specific processes, etc.) - technical error analyses for customer claims and complaints - the identification of root causes in case of process disturbances and searching for solutions
Creates and develops the test sequences and programs according to requirements - for building of test tables, test boards and vision tests, internally or externally - for installation and validation of test equipment - in order to change the test programs, test tables, test boards and vision systems during product changes and new introduction (Change Management & Project Management)
Ensures test programs and tests parameters used during initial setup
Provides feedback to Production Technology related to test modules functionality and design
Ensures backup of test programs and test parameters
