Aspen Properties is a fully integrated, privately held real estate company based in the city of Calgary. Together with investment partners, Aspen currently owns and manages approximately 4.25 million square feet of office space and 3,800 parking stalls in the cities of Calgary and Edmonton. The portfolio includes eleven buildings in downtown Calgary and three in downtown Edmonton. Aspen Properties was formed in 1998 by partners with extensive real estate experience, surrounded with a seasoned board of directors, and in the years since has established itself as a notable Alberta investor. It is an entrepreneurial, boutique real estate company that invests in downtown office buildings and executes on value add initiatives. The company enjoys strong financial relationships and capital support. With blended yields from existing operations, new acquisitions, institutional financial support in debt and equity, and the development of new office property, Aspen's financial platform and management integrity has positioned it for strong, disciplined, conservatively capitalized growth.
