TeaKo (“we”, “us”) provides a job matching platform that helps users discover roles and tailor applications.

• Name, email address, and basic profile information from your Google or GitHub sign-in.

Content you provide

• Resume files and resume text you upload.
• Career preferences you enter (target roles, target markets, etc.).

Automatically collected data

• Authentication cookies required to keep you signed in.
• Basic server logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

• Create and manage your account.
• Process your resume using AI models to extract skills and generate personalised job recommendations and resume suggestions.
• Improve product quality, reliability, and security.

Third-party services

We use third-party infrastructure and AI services to operate the platform, including cloud databases, private object storage, and Anthropic’s Claude API for resume analysis and tailoring. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share data with the service providers described above. We do not share your resume with employers unless you explicitly choose to export or submit it.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete a resume, we remove the uploaded file and extracted text. You can request full account deletion by contacting us.

Children

TeaKo is not directed at anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
