Founded in 2019, Formula Fig is an innovative digital-first experiential skincare company operating 8+ Fig Bar locations across Canada (Vancouver, Toronto) and the US (Los Angeles). We've built a flywheel model connecting formulafig.com with our physical Fig Bars, offering high-tech treatments integrated with carefully curated third-party retail products. Our treatments seamlessly incorporate both partner products and our proprietary skincare line, FFFormulations, which launches this year—marking our evolution into a fully integrated treatment and product brand. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead our Los Angeles market and help shape the next phase of our expansion.
