Fyxer launched in May 2024 and hit $1M in revenue across 3,000 paid users without spending a dollar on marketing. We've since gone from $1M to $30M ARR and raised a Series B led by Madrona, with Lakestar, 20VC and Marc Benioff behind us. Far more people start using Fyxer every month than we can speak to. Nobody owns turning those users into paying teams. That's the biggest surface in the company, and it's this seat. Time with customers is the only thing that compounds. Everything else is overhead. We automate the research, the notes, the CRM and the follow-up with our own product. We move fast and decide in the meeting. You own your outcomes. We challenge each other directly. It's intense and it isn't for everyone.
