Every job the sales team signs passes through this role before it enters the production queue. You will confirm that each job is complete and accurate (scope, pricing, documentation, checklists and photos) and send anything that isn't back for correction. You will also own the administrative work that moves a job from signed contract to completed roof. This includes supporting customer financing document upload, reconciling change orders, preparing permit applications
