RemotePeople provides Employer of Record (EOR) services and a global workforce platform that helps businesses recruit, employ and manage international teams in 150+ countries. Our EOR service enables businesses to hire employees in supported countries without establishing their own local entity. We manage local employment contracts, onboarding, payroll, tax administration and statutory benefits, while clients direct their employees' day-to-day work. Our services include: • International recruitment and executive search, available independently or combined with EOR employment. • Global Payroll and US Payroll for businesses with their own entities. • Contractor Management and Contractor of Record for contractor administration and engagement. • US PEO, employee benefits, global equity support, visas and immigration. • Company incorporation, entity management and transitions from EOR employment to a client's own entity. The RemotePeople platform brings together employee records, payslips, leave, expenses and documents. AI Command Center supports HR requests in natural language, with expert review of high-impact changes and records of actions.
