Program Overview – Youth Programs & Services, Youth Sports & Recreation The Leader in Training role is structured as a supervised, learning-focused position, with exposure to two main areas: (1) supporting the delivery of sports-based programming, and (2) supporting the facilitation of youth recreation programs. Leaders in Training will work alongside experienced staff, coaches, and peers to assist with program delivery, including helping with game setup, equipment organization, and basic logistics.
